COACH EDUCATION

ALL staff must conduct a thorough two-week orientation before "stepping foot on the field”.

This program includes, but is not limited to:

Communication Skill’s ,First Aid , Housing , Driving Licensing , Learning Techniques/Methodology, Living in America

Our intensive orientation ensures that every staff member hits the ground running with their teams and thus providing the team/players with an appropriate training environment.

ALL staff are trained to produce progressive "session plans”, to create guided discovery for the players.

Season plans are created to provide a blue print for the seasonal training.

The season plan is based upon:
